On a small lot in Paso Robles CA Central Coast, we meticulously grow our fruit and handcraft this award-winning Cabernet, blending very small amounts of our Merlot and Cabernet Franc for a fine Meritage blend. Being Paso Robles' furthest east vineyard, our extreme daily temperature swings, of 60-112", attribute to our unique character; bold with rich berry flavors and hints of tobacco. caramel and chocolate.

Wine Making

With meticulous care, we cultivate our grapes, ensuring each one embodies the essence of our vineyard's dedication to excellence.

We blend a touch of Merlot and Cabernet Franc with our Cabernet for a refined Meritage, enhancing bold berry flavors with subtle complexity.

Aging in oak barrels reveals chocolate and caramel notes, with hints of anise and leather emerging gradually. This process results in a bold, rich wine that's delightfully complex and intriguing.
